Menu Development

KSP’s school meal menus meet state and federal nutritional guidelines. Menu development at the school- and district-level includes cost considerations, customer food preferences, the availability of USA commodities, and seasonal choices for fruits and vegetables. We also consider the capabilities of the facility and staff.
